Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated September 4, 2026
Effective date: 4 September 2026
Our work happens inside Amazon, Walmart, US state systems and advertising platforms, all of which have strict rules. This policy sets out what we require from clients and what we will refuse to do. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Your warranties
By engaging us you confirm that:
- you own, or are licensed to sell, every product and brand we work on, and you can prove it with invoices, trademark registrations or authorisation letters if a marketplace asks;
- your products are genuine, safe, correctly labelled, and legal to sell in each marketplace and country you target;
- the information, documents and identities you give us (including for LLC formation) are true and belong to you or your company;
- you will not ask us to act on a seller account that is not yours or that you are not authorised to operate.
2. Prohibited products and content
We will not list, market, build websites for, or otherwise promote:
- counterfeit, replica or unauthorised products, or items that infringe a trademark, copyright, patent or design right;
- products in categories restricted or prohibited by the marketplace (for example weapons, illegal drugs, recalled or unsafe goods) unless you hold the required approval;
- products with false, unsupported or misleading claims, including unapproved health, medical or safety claims;
- content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or that promotes fraud, gambling where prohibited, or harm to others.
3. No manipulation of reviews, rankings or ads
We will not perform or arrange, and you agree not to ask us to perform or arrange:
- fake, paid, incentivised or exchanged reviews, review gating, or asking reviewers to change or remove reviews;
- manipulation of rankings, search or Best Seller badges through click farms, bot traffic, fake orders, brushing or search-find-buy schemes;
- use of multiple seller accounts to evade a suspension or restriction, or operation of an account under a false identity;
- diverting buyers away from the marketplace in breach of its communication rules, or misuse of buyer data;
- click fraud, ad-policy evasion, cloaking, or any other tactic prohibited by an advertising platform;
- submitting false statements or fabricated documents in appeals, plans of action, brand registry, or government filings.
4. Our right to refuse or stop work
We may decline a request, pause work, or end an engagement immediately if we reasonably believe it would breach this policy, a marketplace or platform policy, or the law, or if you fail to provide proof of authorisation when asked. Fees for work already done remain payable and the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the rest.
5. Consequences
Marketplace penalties, account actions, fines and losses caused by prohibited products, false information or a request that breaches this policy are your responsibility, and you agree to indemnify us as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
6. Reporting
If you believe a client or one of our team is breaching this policy, or that a listing we manage infringes your rights, see our Copyright & Takedown page or write to [email protected].
