Deed Bangladesh IT Limited works from an office in Rajshahi, in the north-west of Bangladesh. It is the base for the team that runs our clients' stores. Those clients are sellers and businesses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, Australia and the Gulf, and we work with them remotely.

What happens here

The work behind every client account

Account management, advertising, listings, compliance and development all happen in this office. That is why one conversation can cover a suspension, an ad budget and a new website.

  • Running client accounts

    The weekly work on listings, advertising, inventory and account health, and the monthly report and review call that go with it.

  • Account rescue

    Suspension notices and stranded or suppressed listings. A specialist reads the notice and the account history the same day, including outside office hours.

  • Websites and marketing

    Business websites and online stores are designed and built here, and the SEO, ads, social and email plans are run from the same desks.

  • One named manager

    Each client has one person who knows the account. The specialists behind that person sit in the same team: one team that knows the account, not a hand-off between vendors.

Office hours

A long day, on purpose

The office keeps long hours in Bangladesh time, which is six hours ahead of GMT and does not change for daylight saving. Friday has a midday break for Jumu'ah prayers.

That day covers a full UK or European working day and a full Gulf working day. It also covers the morning on the US East Coast. Work we finish in our afternoon is ready when a seller in New York opens their laptop.

An urgent account problem does not wait for office hours. Send the notice whenever it arrives and a specialist picks it up.

Bangladesh time (GMT+6). A suspension or a stranded listing is an emergency and is handled outside these hours — write to us whenever it happens.

Use whichever suits you. Every channel reaches the same team. We reply within an hour.

Meetings and visits

Most meetings are video calls

A first call is free and lasts 30 minutes. Pick a time on the contact page. Calls run Sunday to Thursday, 2pm to 10pm Bangladesh time. The calendar shows every free slot in your own time zone, and a confirmation arrives by email.

Existing clients also have their own manager, and the review call each month is booked with that person.

This is a working office, not a shop or a walk-in counter. If you are in Rajshahi and would rather meet in person, write to us first. We will agree a time and make sure the right person is there.
