Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Deed Bangladesh IT Limited wants everyone to be able to use deedbangladesh.com, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and treat accessibility as part of every design and code change.

2. Measures on this site

  • Semantic HTML with one main landmark, ordered headings, labelled forms and descriptive link text.
  • Full keyboard operation: every control can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to content" link.
  • Text and interface colours meet WCAG AA contrast ratios; information is never conveyed by colour alone.
  • Text can be resized to 200% and the layout adapts to small screens and zoom without horizontal scrolling.
  • Animations are reduced or removed when your system has "reduce motion" switched on.
  • Images carry alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
  • Form errors are announced and described next to the field they relate to.
  • No content flashes, auto-plays with sound, or has a time limit.

3. Known limitations

  • PDF invoices and receipts are generated automatically and may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We can supply the same information in an accessible format on request.
  • The payment pages are provided by Stripe and the spam check by Cloudflare; we rely on their accessibility work.
  • Some older blog images and third-party embedded videos may lack full descriptions. We are fixing these as we find them.

4. Compatibility

The site is tested with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, and with VoiceOver, NVDA and TalkBack. It does not rely on JavaScript to show its content.

5. Report a problem

If you cannot access any part of this site or a document we send you, please tell us. Email [email protected] with the page address and a description of the problem, and the assistive technology you use if relevant. We will respond within 5 business days and offer the information in another format while we fix the issue.

6. Review

This statement was prepared on 4 September 2026 and is reviewed whenever the site changes substantially, and at least once a year.
